Pedro, Zucchini and chocolate…

For 8-10 people:

Cake and chocolate Zucchini:
400 g de zucchini (already stripped) 1 egg 75 g manteiga 62.5 g de iogurte 100 g dark chocolate broken into pieces for cooking 8 g chemical levedura 37.5 cacau g em pó (100% cacau) 187.5 g sugar ½ teaspoon of vanilla sugar

200 g wheat flour

Preheat oven to 170 º C. Grease and lightly flour a form rectangular.

Mix the eggs with the yogurt, the butter has melted and the cold zucchini a ground glass.

Mistura to levedura, or cacau, sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and chocolate chips in another bowl. Go joined dry ingredients to liquids, gently mixing, until the batter is homogeneous. Pour the batter over the form with little time.

Bring the oven for a few 40 minutes or until the cake is cooked.

Bailey’s cream 500 ml, the Bailey’s

500 ml cream with a 35% of materialism gorda

Take the Bailey’s on the stove until all the alcohol has evaporated, add the cream and let reduce until you have the consistency of coulis.
Refrigerate.

Serve the cake with baileys cream and cold, infusionado with vanilla oil and crispy Zucchini.
